Train Hard Spring Session New Dates
Hi Moms & Dads,
We are keeping the Train Hard personal training sessions running throughout the spring and summer.
We had orginally planned for Train Hard to take a break in Feburary. But the results the players achieved encouraged us to provide the personal training program throughout the spring.
Phil Van Horn, an Asst Coach at Cal State Northirdge, and long-time Pasadena pro baseball personal trainer Kiko Garcia just wrapped up a successful introductory two-month Winter session. L.A. Angels farmhard P.J. Rousey also teamed up on the workouts.
Train Hard is Monday and Wednesday night with sessions from 6-8 and 8-10pm. Please email or call Mireya for pricing and monthly registration. Or contact Phil for details on the workout.
Make plans now for our Play Hard Summer Youth Camps and Train Hard Summer Sessions including the early morning D1 Baseball Bootcamp.
David Hubinger had a goal when he began the new Train Hard personal training workout last December.
He wanted to impress at the Perfect Game California Underclass Showcase this month.
Boy, did he!
Hubinger, a Junior Catcher at St.FrancisHigh School, earned “Top Prospect” honors from scouts and PG staff.
Perfect Game is the nation’s premier amateur baseball scouting service, and “Top Prospect” honors are often bestowed on future MLB draft prospects.
Train Hard “Worked Every Part of My Body”
Hubinger says the new Train Hard sessions, “worked every part of my body.It combined every kind of workout you can imagine.
“For example, I noticed my power to the opposite field is better. The hitting instruction helped. The wrist and foreman focus workouts stations did too.”
Train Hard is a combination of personal training and hitting lesson.New Play Hard instructors Kiko Garcia, P.J. Rousey and Phil Van Horn teamed up on the workouts.
